Environment policy

DMW is a manufacturer of hydraulic and pneumatic machinery, and utilizes the technology it has cultivated over its long history and extensive experience to manufacture and sell pumps, blowers, valves, Environment equipment, and monitoring and control devices.
Based on our purpose of "Enriching Lives and Shaping a Better Future Through Water and Air, " we will contribute to the realization of a sustainable Social Responsibility by accurately understanding the impact of our business activities, products, and services on the Environment, as well as the impact that the Environment has on us.

  1. 1. Recognizing the finiteness of the earth's resources, we will create products that take into consideration their life cycle and work on the 5Rs (REUSE, REPAIR, REDUCE, RECYCLE, REFUSE).

  2. 2. We will strive to prevent Environment pollution, promote more efficient energy use, including in the supply chain, and work to reduce greenhouse gas emissions.

  3. 3. We will comply with legal requirements related to our Environment aspects and other requirements to which we have agreed.

  4. 4. We will set Environment goals for the entire company and each division, regularly check progress, and work to achieve these goals.

  5. 5. We will strive to continually improve our Environment management system in order to enhance our Environment performance.

  6. 6. We recognize that preserving the natural Environment is an key issues, and will contribute to preserving the natural Environment through our business activities and the voluntary efforts of our employees.

  7. 7. We will communicate with stakeholders and strive for coexistence and mutual prosperity with the local Social Responsibility.

Environment Management System Organizational Structure

In order to properly manage Environment aspects and make Environment conservation activities effective, we have promoted an EMS organizational structure with the Environment Management Director as the ultimate person responsible for Environment management, and are promoting EMS activities company-wide.Under this EMS organizational structure, our Tokyo head office, branches, and sales offices promote sales activities centered on proposing and selling energy-saving technologies and products to customers, while also working to reduce Environment impact.

In fiscal 2025, we underwent an external EMS renewal audit in July 2025 and obtained certification without any issues.
