At the DMW Group, we conduct our business activities with a focus on manufacturing technology, and based on Management Philosophy of striving for future growth, we aim to contribute to the realization of a sustainable Social Responsibility through our business activities while also striving to sustainably increase our corporate value.

To achieve this goal, the DMW Group will implement the following:

Sustainability Promotion Framework

In fiscal 2023, we established the Sustainability Committee as a forum for advancing initiatives to enhance corporate value and promote the sustainable growth of both the company and society. The committee will continuously drive sustainability efforts through the development of policies, setting of targets, progress management and evaluation, and information disclosure.

The Sustainability Promotion Office serves as the operational lead for sustainability activities, working together with the Sustainability Promotion Department to guide sustainability efforts across the entire DMW Group.
