As part of our Compliance activities, we have established and are operating a reporting system for business partners.
Please report any Compliance violations or suspected compliance actions by Director or employees of the Company or its subsidiaries in accordance with the details below.
Customers using the counter

Director and employees (including contract employees, part-time employees, and temporary employees) of business partners who have entered into continuing contracts with the Company and its subsidiaries, as well as those who have left the Company within the past year.
Target of reporting and consultation

Violation of laws and regulations related to transactions with the Company and its subsidiaries, fraudulent or inappropriate conduct that invites Social Responsibility criticism, or other Compliance violations or suspected violations.

When reporting, please provide as much information as possible about your employer, your name, the name of your department, and information about the departments and individuals at our company and our subsidiaries involved in the case you are reporting. Please also be as specific as possible about when, where, who, what, why, how, etc.

Anonymous reports are possible, however please be aware that we may not be able to conduct a thorough investigation and may not be able to notify you of the results of any corrective measures taken.

Neither the reporter nor his/her employer will be subjected to any detrimental treatment as a result of making a report.

The reported information (reported case) will be shared with our company's relevant contact point to the extent necessary for the investigation, etc. However, unless the contact point user gives express consent in advance in writing, email, etc., information that identifies the whistleblower will not be shared with our company's relevant contact point.

Any personal information provided (including that of the person being reported) will be used only to the extent necessary for the investigation, etc., and will not be used for any other purposes.
