Launch of DeROs-E™ Energy Recovery Devices for water treatment facilities - Energy recovery efficiency of over 98% -
Dengyosha DMW Corporation Co., Ltd. (Head office: Ota-ku, Tokyo; President and Director: Norio Hikosaka; hereinafter referred to as "our company") has developed the " DeROs-E TM "Energy Recovery Devices for water treatment facilities that uses low-pressure RO membranes, and added it to the " DeROs ® " lineup.

(Patent pending)
" DeROs-E TM " is an energy recovery device that applies the technology of " DeROs ® ", an Energy Recovery Devices for energy recovery equipment for seawater desalination , and is optimized for water treatment applications with low RO filtration pressure.
The "E" in " DeROs-E ™ " stands for Evolution , Extreme , Economical , and EnvironmentFriendly .
In recent years, water treatment technology using RO membranes has been rapidly spreading as an effective means of reducing greenhouse gas emissions toward achieving the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).However, water treatment methods using RO membranes have an issue with their high power consumption.
" DeROs-E ™ " recovers and reuses the pressure energy of concentrated water discharged from RO membranes, thereby significantly reducing the operating costs of water treatment facilities and contributing to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions.
< DeROs-E TM specifications>
Concentrated water pressure: up to 3.5MPa
Concentrated water flow rate: 5-20m 3 /h
Liquid quality: industrial water, wastewater, low-concentration saline water, etc.
■ For the operating principle of DeROs-E TM , please refer to the operating principle of DeROs® .
We will continue to provide products that contribute to the realization of a decarbonized and sustainable Social Responsibility.
