To ensure the required performance, such as flow rate and pressure, we use CFD analysis to simulate the flow conditions inside pumps and blowers and consider the optimal shape. We also observe the actual flow using PIV (particle image velocimetry) measurements and verify performance.

    We use 3D CAD to consider the shape of important parts such as impellers that affect product performance.

    The flow conditions in each part are confirmed through CFD analysis.

    We verify product performance through model testing.

  • Demonstration of pump-integrated vortex breaker

    In recent years, vortices inside the tank have become a problem due to the increasing flow speed. This method can be used to prevent vortices without modifying the sump (civil engineering structure).
