Pump Design

The design department has two main functions.
① Create a basic plan based on customer needs, propose new technologies, and ensure the reliability and quality of the machine to ensure customer satisfaction. ② Create production drawing information to manufacture equipment that meets the required functions.

In each design department, engineers with specialized fields utilize various analysis codes and develop calculation and review programs to support "manufacturing."
In pump design, we design many types of pumps, including vertical pumps, horizontal pumps, and High Pressure Pump.
When designing, we take into consideration the conditions of use, location, etc. Furthermore, we plan the optimal shape and inlet shape according to the specifications of each product through CFD analysis, strength analysis, and water tank testing, and design pumps that are highly efficient and easy to maintain.

  • Shape considerations

    We conduct strength evaluations and CFD analyses using 3D CAD models, which are then used as data for creating wooden casting patterns.

  • Water tank test

    Using a model, we confirm the tank shape that will result in a flow free of harmful vortices.

  • Horizontal shaft double suction volute pump

    After checking the pump's performance through a test run at the factory, the pump is shipped to the customer.

    We create 3D CAD models for the entire vertical shaft pump product and use them for optimal design.

blower design

In blower design, we design equipment called "blowers" that handle gas, air, etc. We perform the necessary CFD analysis and strength analysis to suit the customer's usage conditions and the location of the place where it will be used, and then we design the optimal equipment that is highly efficient and easy to maintain.

  • Shape considerations

    We create shapes using 3D CAD, and use that data for everything from strength analysis and shape checks to interference with other parts, to considering the slope of the steel plates required for production.

  • High-speed independent blower

    By using a speed increaser to rotate at high speed, we are able to make the blower more compact.

    This blower features a two-piece casing structure that is easy to maintain, and has a proven track record of delivery to many oil-related companies.

Plant Design

In plant design, we not only design the layout of the piping connected to our products, but also the entire plant, including the actuators, valves, and other devices required for control.We share design information within our networked Environment, consider water hammer impact force, pressure balance, and other factors, and incorporate the latest technology to propose and construct the optimal piping specifications and layout.

  • Design scenery

    After detailed discussions with the customer, we design the equipment specifications, layout, and controls.

  • Horizontal pump layout

    We implement and propose optimal designs for equipment layout and piping lines that are easy to operate and maintain.

  • Vertical pump being installed

    After shipping from the factory, installation work will be carried out based on the construction plan.

  • Gas turbine after installation

    After installation is complete, we operate the equipment to check its functionality before handing it over to the customer.

Electrical Design

In electrical design, we create safe and easy-to-use monitoring programs, select equipment, and design and manufacture various panels. We thoroughly test manufactured equipment before shipping to check its operation under all possible conditions on-site, and provide products that are easy to use and satisfy our customers.

    During in-house testing, we check operation under all possible conditions that may occur on-site.

Consideration of smooth construction

The construction site is photographed with a 3D scanner, and the point cloud data is used to create a 3D image. This data is then used to consider the route for removing and installing equipment, as well as methods for avoiding obstacles.
